Time Feels Strange Today

Have you ever had one of those days where time just doesn’t feel real?
That’s where I’m at today. It’s like I’m floating through the hours instead of moving with them. I’ll be in the middle of doing something — something simple, like answering a message or making a cup of tea — and suddenly, I look up and an hour has vanished. No warning. No sense of movement. Just… gone.
It’s not just that time is going fast. It’s that it’s folding in on itself. Moments feel warped. I feel like I’m somewhere between “now” and “then” — not quite anchored to either.
It has me wondering if the energy of the day is asking for more presence. Or maybe it’s just my nervous system catching up to something my soul already knows — that time isn’t linear, and some days remind us of that more than others.
These kinds of days usually come when something bigger is shifting. Emotionally. Spiritually. Subconsciously. It doesn’t always show up as clarity or answers — sometimes it’s just this strange, foggy space where nothing quite makes sense.
If you’re feeling this too, you’re not broken or behind. You’re moving through something.Be gentle with yourself. Pause. Breathe. Feel your feet on the ground. Drink water. Step outside. Touch something real.
Not everything needs to be understood in the moment. Some days are just meant to be moved through — slowly, softly, with as much grace as you can muster.
Time will catch up when it’s ready. So will you.
